Commanders TE Zach Ertz suffered a serious-looking right knee injury in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. He was placed in an air cast and was emotional as he was carted back to the locker room. We'll update Ertz's status when we know more, but this looks like a season-ender.

Cardinals WR Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Rams. He joins WRs Marvin Harrison Jr. and Greg Dortch on the sidelines. WR Michael Wilson and TE Trey McBride should dominate Cardinals targets today.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (foot, collarbone) is active for today’s game vs. the Bears. We’d be surprised if he played a full slate of snaps in his first action since Week 2 and would not have him in fantasy lineups. WR Matthew Golden (wrist) is also active for the first time since Week 11.

Commanders QB Jayden Daniels re-injured his left elbow in the third quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Vikings. He went into the medical tent and has been replaced by QB Marcus Mariota. Daniels is officially questionable to return.

Steelers TE Darnell Washington sustained a concussion in the first half of Sunday's game vs. the Ravens and won't return. He caught his only target for 12 yards before exiting. Washington's absence should mean more snaps for TEs Jonnu Smith and Pat Freiermuth. Washington will get an extra day to clear protocol for next Monday night's game vs. the Dolphins.

Dolphins RB De'Von Achane suffered a rib injury in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jets. He walked back to the locker room with trainers and is officially questionable to return. Achane's absence leaves Miami's backfield to Jaylen Wright and Ollie Gordon. Wright has surprisingly out-carried Gordon 8 to 0 thus far.

Browns TE David Njoku suffered a knee injury on a TD catch in the second quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Titans. He's officially questionable to return. Njoku had fallen way behind TE Harold Fannin in the pecking order, but his absence can't be bad news for the rookie.

Colts QB Daniel Jones suffered a non-contact leg injury near the end of the first quarter of Sunday's game vs. the Jaguars. He was quickly ruled out with an Achilles. This will likely be a season-ending injury that could also impact Jones' readiness for the start of the 2026 campaign, but we'll look for more details. QB Riley Leonard is Indianapolis' backup with QB Anthony Richardson still sidelined with his eye injury.

Jets QB Tyrod Taylor is questionable to return to Sunday's game vs. the Dolphins with a groin injury. QB Justin Fields is inactive today after hurting his knee in practice, leaving QB Brady Cook as New York's backup.

Saints WR Chris Olave (back) is active for today’s game vs. the Buccaneers. He got in limited practices on Thursday and Friday and was listed as questionable. There never seemed to be much concern about Olave’s availability for this one, but it’s safe to assume that he’s still not at 100%. That has Olave sitting a bit lower than usual in the Week 14 WR rankings.

Browns RB Dylan Sampson (calf) is active for today’s game vs. the Titans. He'll continue to play a change-of-pace, pass-catching role behind RB Quinshon Judkins and is not a viable fantasy start.

Jaguars WR Parker Washington (hip) is inactive for today’s game vs. the Colts. That leaves Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas Jr. as the clear top two WRs. TE Brenton Strange also gets a slight boost with Washington out.

Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring, knee) is active for today’s game vs. the Bengals. He’s been out since Week 10 with the hamstring and picked up a knee injury during rehab, HC Sean McDermott said this week. ESPN’s Adam Schefter said this morning that Kincaid would “try to play” today, which gives us the heebie-jeebies. Kincaid’s upside is tempting against Cincinnati’s league-worst TE defense, but he’d be a risky fantasy start. Check your Team Dashboard to see if he belongs in your starting lineup.

Buccaneers WR Mike Evans (collarbone) "has been pushing to play" vs. the Falcons on Thursday night, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. If Evans isn't cleared for that one, he should be back for the Week 16 game against the Panthers, Schefter adds. Evans returned to limited practices this week for the first time since going down in Week 7. He'll likely be ramped up and won't play a full slate of snaps in his first game back. Hopefully he's able to knock off the rust in Week 15 and then be a potential fantasy starter in Week 16. We'll keep you updated on Evans' progress.

Jaguars WR Parker Washington (hip) won't play vs. the Colts today, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. That's not a surprise after Washington got in just one limited practice this week. We've had him projected out all week, so there are no changes to the Week 14 rankings. WRs Jakobi Meyers and Brian Thomas and TE Brenton Strange get target projection boosts with Washington out.

Bills TE Dalton Kincaid (hamstring, knee) "plans to try to play" vs. the Bengals today, according to ESPN's Adam Schefter. That doesn't inspire much confidence in Kincaid as a Week 14 fantasy start. He's been out since Week 10 with a hamstring injury and picked up a knee issue as he was rehabbing the hamstring, HC Sean McDermott said this week. The matchup with Cincinnati' league-worst TE defense boosts Kincaid's upside today, but he comes with a scary-low floor.

Cardinals WR Greg Dortch (chest) has been placed on IR. He was already ruled out for Sunday's game vs. the Rams but will now miss at least another three games beyond that. WR Marvin Harrison Jr. (heel) is also out for Week 14, while WR Xavier Weaver (hamstring) is iffy after missing Friday's practice. Arizona elevated WRs Trent Sherfield and Jalen Brooks from the practice squad. They figure to join Michael Wilson and Andre Baccellia as the Cardinals' top four WRs against the Rams. Wilson and TE Trey McBride should dominate targets.

Packers WR Jayden Reed (foot, collarbone) has been activated from IR and will play vs. the Bears on Sunday, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Reed has been out since Week 2 and underwent surgeries for both a broken collarbone and Jones Fracture in his foot. We don't expect Reed to play a full slate of snaps tomorrow and would not use him in Week 14 fantasy lineups. Reed is most likely to take snaps from WR Dontayvion Wicks. Both guys have run over 50% of their routes from the slot this season. Christian Watson and Romeo Doubs are the only Packers WRs that can be trusted in starting lineups this week.

Chargers QB Justin Herbert (hand) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. He was limited in practice all week, working with a significant brace on that injured left hand. Herbert, Chargers coaches, and national insiders have all been optimistic about Herbert's chances of starting against Philadelphia. We're fully expecting him to play but would not use him in 1-QB fantasy lineups with the injury and a matchup against the league's sixth-ranked QB defense.

Chargers RB Omarion Hampton (ankle) is listed as questionable for Monday night's game vs. the Eagles. He was a full participant in Friday and Saturday's practices, though, and both ESPN's Jeremy Fowler and insider Jordan Schultz report that Hampton is expected back for this one. It'll be his first action since Week 5, so don't expect to see him in a workhorse role. We'll look for any hints on how work will be divvied between Hampton and RB Kimani Vidal. Hampton currently sits 20th in the Week 14 RB rankings.
