Chargers HC Jim Harbaugh called WR Ladd McConkey "day to day" with the rib injury he suffered in the opener. ESPN's Adam Schefter reports that McConkey will be monitored throughout the week before a decision is made on his Week 2 availability. "Sounds like his status is up in the air against the Raiders next week," NFL Network's Ian Rapoport adds. McConkey owners should make plans to be without him this week, but it sounds like he avoided a long-term injury. McConkey's absence vs. Vegas on Sunday would leave Quentin Johnston and Tre Harris as the Chargers' top 2 WRs. Harris is worth adding in most fantasy leagues.

Raiders HC Klint Kubiak called TE Brock Bowers "day to day," just 6 days after he had his meniscus trimmed. Kubiak said the team will be smart with Bowers, but that, "If he's ready, he's gonna play." Added Kubiak, "He's working his tail off to get back out on the field. It's really important to him to play as soon as possible, and that doesn't surprise me about Brock." This jibes with ESPN's Adam Schefter's Sunday morning report that Bowers has a "realistic chance" to play vs. the Chargers in Week 2. That'd be a quick turnaround from meniscus surgery, and Bowers owners should still have other plans lined up for Week 2. But we'll keep you updated on his progress this week.

Ravens HC Jesse Minter labeled WR Zay Flowers "day to day" with his hamstring injury. "Feel pretty good where that's at," Minter added. That jibes with what we heard from NFL Network's Ian Rapoport this morning. Flowers seemingly has a good chance to play vs. the Saints on Sunday, but we'll keep you updated on his status throughout the week.

Panthers WR Jalen Coker's left foot was in a boot on Monday, according to ESPN's Mike Kaye. Coker told the media that he "rolled [his] ankle a little bit" in the first quarter of the Week 1 loss to the Bears. He called the boot precautionary and said he expects to play vs. the Falcons on Sunday.

Raiders RB Ashton Jeanty operated as the clear lead back in Sunday’s win over Miami. He topped rookie Mike Washington Jr. in snap share (73% to 19%), carry share (70% to 21%), and route rate (61% to 16%). The result? An outing with 102 rushing yards, plus 6 catches, 45 receiving yards, and 2 receiving scores.

Dolphins QB Malik Willis recorded the QB12 fantasy line in his team debut vs. the Raiders. Willis completed only 15 of 27 passes, but he delivered on the ground with 39 yards and 1 score. Heading into the Monday night game, only five QBs topped that rushing yardage total in Week 1.

Raiders TE Michael Mayer posted 6 catches for 32 yards in a Week 1 win over Miami. Filling in for Brock Bowers, Mayer led the team with a 20% target share.

Patriots RB TreVeyon Henderson (ankle) will practice on Monday, HC Mike Vrabel said. That should put him on track to return for this weekend's game vs. the Steelers after he missed the opener. Henderson was sitting behind RB Rhamondre Stevenson on the depth chart before hurting his ankle and figures to operate as the clear No. 2 at least this week. That'll leave him as just a RB3 or Flex in Week 2 fantasy lineups, but Henderson has the potential to earn more work as we go.

Buccaneers RB Bucky Irving tallied 8 carries for 45 yards and 1 score in Sunday’s road loss to the Bengals. Irving’s carries and yardage led the team, while he also paced all Bucs with 7 catches and 7 targets.

Bengals RB Chase Brown led the backfield with 16 carries for 56 yards and a TD in Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay. He added 5 catches for 22 yards while tying for second on the team with 6 targets.

Bengals WR Ja’Marr Chase managed only 2 catches for 12 yards in Sunday’s win over Tampa Bay. He wasn’t held below 35 receiving yards in any game last season.

Falcons TE Kyle Pitts went catchless on one target in Sunday’s road loss to Pittsburgh. It marked his first game without a reception since Week 13 of the 2024 season.

Ravens WR Ja'Kobi Lane fractured his wrist in the Week 1 win over the Colts, NFL Network's Mike Garafolo reports. Lane is scheduled for additional testing on Monday, so we should get a timeline for his return soon. But the rookie figures to land on short-term IR and miss at least 4 games. He can be dropped from redraft rosters. The Ravens were down to WRs Rashod Bateman, Chris Moore, and LaJohntay Wester after Lane and Zay Flowers left Sunday's game. Those 3 combined for just 3 catches, including a goose egg from Bateman. Assuming Flowers' injury doesn't cost him any more time, none of these other Ravens WRs are trustworthy fantasy starters.

Ravens WR Zay Flowers' hamstring injury is not considered serious, according to NFL Network's Ian Rapoport. Flowers is scheduled for an MRI but is considered day to day for now. "If it was a playoff game, he likely would’ve returned," Rapoport adds. That was the vibe we got watching this game. The Ravens took a 28-6 lead right after Flowers exited and were in control the rest of the way. The biggest concern here is that Flowers has now been dealing with this hamstring since mid-August. An aggravation typically costs players at least one game, but it sounds like he has a real chance to play vs. the Saints on Sunday. We'll keep you updated on Flowers' status throughout the week.

Cleveland's rookie receivers led the passing game in usage and production in Sunday's opener against Jacksonville. KC Concepcion paced the Browns in targets (5) and catches (4) while trailing only Denzel Boston in receiving yards (59 to 43). Boston tied for second on the team with 4 targets and caught just two of them, but one of those produced the team's lone TD from 46 yards out late in the fourth quarter. Boston and Concepcion also led the group in playing time, but the team's overall offensive performance bodes ill for everyone's fantasy upside.

Falcons RB Bijan Robinson supplied the lone bright spot for an Atlanta offense that managed only 13 points at Pittsburgh. The 24-year-old racked up 173 yards and a TD on 29 touches.

Browns RB Quinshon Judkins managed just 33 yards on 12 carries in Sunday's lopsided loss to the Jaguars. He added 2 catches for 17 yards on 2 targets but ceded some passing-game work to Raheim Sanders. RB Dylan Sampson left in the first quarter with a knee injury that reportedly had him on crutches after the game.

Jaguars WR Parker Washington drew a team-high 6 targets in Sunday's lopsided win over the Browns, catching five of them for 83 yards and one of QB Trevor Lawrence's four TD passes. No other Jag drew more than 3 targets as the team attempted just 23 total passes. Washington ran a route on 72% of Jacksonville's 25 dropbacks, trailing Jakobi Meyers by two routes (20-18).

In the first week of George Pickens' second season with the Cowboys, he produced just 5.8 PPR points. It’s an output that would’ve been the lowest of any non-week 18 game last season. Everything points to this underwhelming week being the result of unfortunate offensive environment volatility, rather than a cause for concern moving forward.

Javonte Williams led all Cowboys with 24.4 PPR points after scoring both a rushing and receiving TD in Sunday night’s loss to the Giants. Williams handled 12 carries for 41 yards while adding 5 receptions on as many targets for 31 yards as a receiver out of the backfield.
